Our Story
A2Z Frameworks was born when our two co-founders, Demond McFadden and Anil de Zoysa, joined forces. Each has a broad scope of experience and has been providing strategic support to their customers. We recognize that every clients goals are different, but understand that technology plays a critical role in achieving those goals. A2Z Frameworks considers attention to detail the utmost important attribute when engaging with clients.
Our founder and CEO, Demond McFadden, has been in the Information Technology industry for more than 20 years. For more than a decade Demond has been specifically focused in the Healthcare industry. In dealing with mid to large scale operations, Demond has been involved with bringing up Data Centers from the ground up. Demond is well versed in the security requirements surrounding the stringent Healthcare requirements.

Our co-founder, Anil de Zoysa, has always been in the Healthcare industry for the last 25 years. Anil's experience includes application development in the area of automation. He also specializes in real time interfaces between disparate systems.
